I\u2019d go through a flight over and over, thinking through what I should\u2019ve done and reinforcing in my mind what I would do in the future.<\/p><p><br>I was very big into visualising \u2014 replaying a sight picture over and over the way it should unfold \u2014 and inevitably the next day it would happen that way.
